I'm Jayne Birkett, I currently live with my family in the Lake District; a very beautiful and bustling tourist destination situated beside Lake Windermere.

 

I began training in holistic therapies in 1999 when I studied massage and reflexology, moving on to study homeopathy at the Lakeland College of Homeopathy and then the Integrative College in Lancaster with Paul Francis. I graduated and began my practice as a homeopath and body work practitioner while continuing to study with Paul. He then introduced Shamanic work into the course and my interest in shamanism grew.

 

When Paul began training courses in Therapeutic Shamanism, teaching the core shamanic principles in depth, I had the opportunity to learn more and discover my real passion. I graduated at The Three Ravens College as a Shamanic practitioner in February 2012.
